I received PhD degree (Applied Mathematics) and M.Sc. degree (Industrial and Applied Mathematics) from York University, Canada. I have also received M.Sc. (Mathematics), B.Sc. and B.Ed. degrees from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. In addition to these degrees, I had postdoctoral research experiences at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA, and Western University, Canada.
Research Interest
My current research interests include applied mathematics, with specific areas of interest in mathematical biology (pathogen dynamics and immune systems, epidemiology, and ecology), mathematical and computational modeling,
differential equations, dynamical systems, optimal control, biostatistics and machine learning.
